Symprex Email Manager and O365 Signatures on mobile devices setup

On your phone you will need to download the app “OWA for Iphones” or “OWA for Androids” dependant on what device it is.

Once installed on your device go to the app and Setup the office365 account as normal with your credentials.

The OWA App must be configured to use the OWA signature setup in Office 365.

Please follow these steps:

1.     Open the OWA App on your device.

2.     

3.     In the main ribbon tap the gear icon to open Options.

4.

6.     Tap the Email signature option.

7.    

8.     Enable the Include a signature option and select the Use my signature from Outlook on the web option.

9.    

10.  Close and reopen the OWA App on your device.

The OWA App will now use the OWA signature setup in Office 365.

Is my Signature in office365?  

Log onto office 365 from a browser at  https://outlook.office365.com

Once logged in go to the options gear top right hand corner.

Go to Layout.

Select email signature.

You should see your automatic Symprex signature here.  (created by the change )
